Azael (Ravenna, 2000) is a rapper and producer based in Milan. He started making music at 15 with a simple, cheap microphone, a symbol of his direct, no-frills attitude. His distinctive trait is a raw, hyperrealistic storytelling, able to blend poetry, grotesque visions and disturbing imagery, with an aesthetic built on glitched faces and surreal atmospheres.

Starting out as a pure rapper, he gradually moved toward production and electronic sounds, while keeping a mark tied to his punk background. In 2023 he released the EP TweaKing and the single Questa Roba è MIA, followed in January 2024 by his debut album DEMENTIA. The same year brought the EP Sopravvissuto, ma ora è una merda, various singles and collaborations, including Being disgusted: Our Experience with Thrilljard and BORN2TAKETHERISK with Kboigray.

On October 25, 2024, his second album THEY R NOT LIKE US came out via Gud Serben. After a series of live shows between Milan and Parma, in 2025 Azael signed with Bomba Dischi and released two new tracks: l’effetto finisce (March 28) and free yo mind (April 18).
